Use/Benefits: Good for Digestion. Turmeric contains Curcumin, which is the main active ingredient. It has anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Directions: 2-5 full droppers in any beverage, 2-3 times a day. 
 
Storage: Store in a cool dark place. Most tinctures are shelf stable for up to 10 years, then lose potency.
