Use/Benefits: Elderberry remedies shown effective when it comes to treating colds, flu, and respiratory viruses. Directions: 2-5 full droppers in any beverage, 2-3 times a day. 
 
Storage: Store in a cool dark place. Most tinctures are shelf stable for up to 10 years, then lose potency.
